<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce user's missettings by displaying each connection information on a connection information setting screen by a referred name used for each ISP and inhibiting the input of connection information whose setting is unneces sary. SOLUTION: A memory is provided with a data base 11 storing the existence of respective connection information for respective ISPs and referred names. At the time of setting up a certain connection information a connection information setting means displays the referred name of the connection information corresponding to an ISP on a display part 4 while referring to the data base 11 and inhibits the setting of connection information whose setting is unnecessary. Since each connection information is displayed on the connection information setting screen of the display part 4 by a referred name used for its corresponding ISP and connection information whose setting is unnecessary can not be inputted, user's missettings can be reduced.</p> |
