<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate the processing function of a device without troubling a full-time engineer. SOLUTION: A supervisory and controlling device is provided with an input and output part 1 inputting and outputting state information and operation information of a power system, a transmitting part 3 transmitting them which are inputted and outputted, a logic storage means 5 storing plural kinds of processing logic for every prescribed processing function and input/output relation data of the processing logic, a correlative database 6 defining the correlation between the plural kinds of processing logic and the input/output processings, a function database 7 defining the function method of the plural kinds of processing logic and a function part generating means 8 which judges the mounting state of a configuration and processing required for the supervision and controlling of a device main body, takes-out the processing logic and the input/output relation information of the processing logic, generates a processing function part and prepares definition data against the respective databases.</p> |
