<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply enhance the airtightness of a heating part in a heating coil body by a method wherein a coil in the heating coil body is formed in such a way that it can be deformed, and that it can come into contact under a prescribed pressure with the outer circumferential face of a heated object in a heating operation. SOLUTION: Both end parts of a ribbon coil 14 which forms a coil are connected to both ends of the secondary coil of an output transformer 13 which is situated inside the body case 2 of a heating coil body 1. The ribbon coil 14 is formed in such a way that a metal thin plate which is springy and conductive is covered with an insulating member, it is provided with a prescribed rigidity and elasticity, and it is constituted so as to be deformable. In the heating coil body 1, the ribbon coil 14 which is deformed is used as the coil. The coil part 14a of the ribbon coil 14 is brought into contact with the outer circumference heated object, while, e.g. its inside diameter is made small according to the shape of the heated object. The heated object is clamped by the coil part 14a itself of the ribbon coil 14. In this state, a high-frequency current can be supplied.</p> |
