<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a terminal processing circuit only for a flash programming mode with respect to a micro computer incorporating flash EEPROM. SOLUTION: When a flash mode programming mode signal becomes active, a communication mode automatic judgment circuit 7 judges a communication mode with a communication model selection signal 6 shows and a corresponding communication mode signal is outputted to a communication mode signal bus 8. In a terminal circuit corresponding to the communication mode signal, the communication mode is selected by a selector and an input buffer is made active by an input buffer control signal.</p> |
