PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive which can records and reproduces a diskette type electronic equipment device which needs to be supplied with electric power from outside in addition to a diskette by providing a power supply means which can supplies the electric power to the diskette type electronic equipment device. SOLUTION: The diskette type electronic equipment device 1A comprises an insertion slot 2 for memory cards 5A and 5B, an opening 3 for making an information recording and reproducing device to recognize the diskette type electronic equipment device 1A, a terminal part 4, etc. When the diskette type electronic equipment device 1A is loaded in the information recording and reproducing device, the terminal part 4 or opening 3 is used to recognize the diskette type electronic equipment device 1A. The terminal part 4 is provided to the diskette type electronic equipment device 1A and composed of 7 terminals. The terminals constituting the terminal part 4 are used to send and receive digital signals, supply the electric power, and send a specific identification signal out.
