PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure smooth insertability of a control rod by relieving interference with the control rod by deformation of control rod guide tubes in a fuel assembly of a pressurized water reactor. SOLUTION: A nuclear reactor fuel assembly has an upper nozzle and a lower nozzle having a large number of coolant transfluent holes and being mutually opposed at intervals, plural control rod guide tubes mutually extending in parallel between both nozzles and having both ends respectively connected to both nozzles, plural support lattices arranged at intervals along the control rod guide tubes and plural fuel rods supported by being inserted into a lattice opening of the support lattices. In this case, the corrugation part 15b is formed in the small diameter part 15a of the control rod guide tubes 15 having the lower ends fixed to the lower nozzle 11 to reduce flexural rigidity of the small diameter part 15a.
