PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a drive mechanism by connecting two bearings and two outer rotors being provided at the middle of two stator parts that are connected in an axial direction and coaxially as a power transfer body. SOLUTION: Two stator parts 10a and 10b of a PM electric motor 10 of an outer rotor are arranged coaxially being separated each other in an axial direction, and at the same time bearings 12a and 12b for outer rotors 11a and 11b where permanent magnets 14a and 14b are mounted between them are arranged. Also, stator poles 15a and 15b are provided opposite to the permanent magnets 14a and 14b and further stator cores 16a and 16b and mounting plates 17a and 17b are provided. Then, the outer rotors 11a and 11b are connected each other to form a belt pulley 13 and a belt 9 is suspended in the middle of the belt pulley 13, thus reducing length in the axial direction and miniaturizing a drive mechanism. Also, when a stepping motor is to be formed, a step angle is reduced to improve resolution.
