PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange driving elements to be arranged around the display section of a display device in proximity. SOLUTION: The display section 16 is constituted by superposing a color filter substrate 15 on an array substrate 12 of the liquid crystal display device 11. The plural driving elements 22 are arranged along the peripheral edge of the display section 16. The driving elements 22 are provided with output terminals c1 to cn along the long sides of the elements. These terminals are connected to the display section 16. The driving elements 22 are provided with input terminals a1 to an, b1 to bn along the short sides thereof. These terminals are connected to the wiring parts 33 of a flexible substrates 31 via pads 27 for connection. Two kinds of the driving elements 22 formed with the input terminals a1 to an, b1 to bn symmetrically with the center line are alternately arranged and the pads 27 for connection are made common.
