PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uninterruptible tool reducing economical burden by extending the life of a consumable press-cut screw. SOLUTION: An uninterruptible tool used for replacing a meter uninterruptiblly short-circuiting the power source side cable connected to the meter and the load side cable is provided with a press-cut screw 1 connected to a wire in each cable after pushing and cutting the insulation clad of the cable. The screw 1 has a mail screw part 2 for the main body screwed in the tool body and an annular blade 3 formed of bump tip part. The annular blade 3 is fixed freely removably by a fixing screw 4 to the mail screw part 2 for the main body.
