PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device, method and system that can update time information having been stored without the need for special operations. SOLUTION: When district number information is revised by comparing contents of district number information stored in a current district number information area with the contents of a preceding district number information storage area, a table is retrieved based on the contents of the current district number information area, to obtain an offset from a reference time. Current time is calculated based on the offset (step S603), and when a current date is changed corresponding to the calculated current time, the current date is updated (step S605), and then the current time stored in the current time storage area is updated (step S606).
