PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain satisfactory stereophonic presence and to reduce wind noise. SOLUTION: An output of one microphone 100 is given to a 1st delay device 120 and to a 2nd delay device 130. The output of other microphone 10 is given to a 3rd delay device 140 and a 4th delay device 150. The output of a 1st adder 160 which sums an output of the 1st delay device 120 and an output of the 3rd delay device 140 is a sound output of one channel and the output of a 2nd adder 170 which sums an output of the 2nd delay device 130 and an output of the 4th delay device 150 is a sound output of the other channel.
