PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the automatic vending machine that can stores an image on the occurrence of illegal use of money or of suspicious behavior such as leaving an article on the machine. SOLUTION: Monitor camera 30, 31 are installed in a mechanism section 1 of an automatic vending machine and a storage device 55 selectively stores image data from the monitor cameras synchronously with an operation of a paper money sensor 62 or a take-out port sensor 63. Data from a clock 54 are stored altogether in this case. Thus, desired image data are retrieved and easily took out when analysis of the image data is required.
