<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick elimination of surplus electrolyte stuck on an electrolytic capacitor element with centrifugal force, by dipping the electrolytic capacitor element in an electrolyte vessel in a state such that the electrolytic capacitor element is mounted on a tray, performing electrolyte vacuum impregnation, isolating the electro lyte vessel from the tray after impregnation, and rotating the tray. SOLUTION: This equipment 1 is provided with a tray 5, in which dynamic balance is maintained and a plurality of recessed parts 5a for inserting and mounting electrolytic capacitor elements 21 are formed, an electrolyte vessel 6 in which electrolyte 22 with which the electrolytic capacitor elements 21 are impregnated is contained, a vacuum impregnation vessel 4 in which the electrolyte vessel 6 and the tray 5 are accommodated, vacuum equipment which evacuates the inside 4a of the vacuum impregnation vessel 4, a tray driving part rotating the tray 5 from the outside 4d of the vacuum impregnation vessel 4, and an electrolyte vessel driving part vertically moving the electrolyte vessel 6 from the outside 4d of the vacuum impregnation vessel 4. Surplus electrolyte 22 can be eliminated with centrifugal liquid elimination by rotating the tray 5 in the vacuum impregnation vessel 4.</p> |
