PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing and displaying method for a CG image about a building which easily changes related graphic data in a comparatively short time even when a user desires design change of a part of a building during walk-through and to provide a recording medium on which a program for making a computer execute the method is recorded. SOLUTION: This producing and displaying method for a CG image about a building inputs the floor plan of each floor of a building while displaying it on the screen of a computer for CG image production, also produces three- dimensional data about the building by inputting the height and thickness of each part of the building as necessary, then sets a viewpoint P position and an observation point Q for the three-dimensional data to make them still or move and shows a CG image representing the building as a still picture or animation on a display device 12 linked with the computer.
