PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a device to be made compact and the reduction of the cost while corresponding to plural recording media by mounting plural objective lenses on a single lens bobbin. SOLUTION: This optical disk device is constituted so that the data recording and the reproduction are executed against the plural optical disks having the substrates with different thickness. The device is provided with the plural objective lenses 100, 105 focusing on signal recording surfaces of the plural optical disks while corresponding to these plural optical disks in one-to-one, the lens bobbin 110 for mounting and fixing the objective lenses 100, 105, a holder 135 for rotatably holding the lens bobbin 110 through wires 115, worm gears 190, 185 connected to the holder 135, and a motor 180 for rotatably driving these worm gears 190, 185. Then, the holder 135 and the lens bobbin 110 are rotatably driven by the driving force of the motor 180 so that one objective lens among the plural objective lenses 100, 105 is focused on the signal recording surface of the optical disk.
