PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use received overflow coins among received coins for supplement and payment. SOLUTION: Received overflow coins other than coins to be stored in a denomination-sorted storing part 44 among received coins carried through a received coins carrying system 131 are temporarily held in a temporarily holding part 62 for coins for supplement. When supplemented, the temporarily held coins in the part 62 are fed to the system 131 and are supplemented to the part 44 through the system 131. When they are paid, the temporarily held coins in the part 62 are fed to a paying coin carrying system 132, coins to be paid are paid through the system 132 and coins that are not be paid are sent to the system 131 to be returned to the part 62. Payment from the part 62 is made possible when the coins quantity of the part 44 for a denomination intended to throw out is less than quantity estimated to throw out and also when the total of the coins quantity and the coins quantity of the denomination intended to throw out of the part 62 is prescribed quantity meeting the quantity intended to throw out.
