PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the issue of an alarm in a normal running range even when a perscribed water level for issuing an alarm is exceeded by diagnosing whether a force feed pump is normally driven or not, and when its diagnostic result is yes, evading the operation of an informing means. SOLUTION: An output value from a water level sensor 11 fitted to a catchment tank is inputted to an alarm issue condition judging means 33 in a controller 20 and the means 33 judges whether a prescribed water level set up in an alarm water level setting means 32 is exceeded or not. Under a necessary condition that the judged result is yes, the informing means informs that sewage in the catchment tank exceeds the alarm water level. A force feed pump diagnosing means 35 in the controller 20 diagnoses whether the force feed pump 8 is normally driven or not, and when its diagnostic result is yes, an information evading means 36 evades the operation of the means 34.
