PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deflection of a tube with the panning/tilting operation of a panhead, to prevent the breakage of the tube and to prevent the tube from winding round the panhead by providing a channel for washer liquid in the housing of a panhead main body. SOLUTION: In this panhead device, a water channel 40 for the washer liquid is formed at a proper part near to the outside from the center axis of a pan shaft 30 extended at the lower part of the panhead main body 14, and a water channel 50 for the washer liquid is formed also on a tilt shaft 46 supporting the housing of the camera. The channels 40 and 50 communicate through the tube 28B and the channel for the washer liquid is secured in the housing 24 of the main body 14. The washer liquid supplied from a washer tank is guided to the main body 14 through the tube 28A, fed to the outside of the main body 14 via the channel inside the housing 24, then jetted from a washer nozzle 20 through the tube 28C.
