PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method, for hemoglobins, in which the reproducibility of a measured value is good. SOLUTION: In this measuring method for hemoglobins by cation-exchange liquid chromatography, the salt concentration of an eluate is made to agree to such an extent that a baseline is not changed, and the elution force of the hemoglobins is controlled only by changing a pH value. In addition, as an eluate by which the component of hemoglobin A0 is eluted, an eluate whose pH value becomes the alkali side from the isoelectric point of the hemoglobins is used.
