PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an informing device which can securely inform a user of the arrival of a prescribed signal (sound signal and electric signal). SOLUTION: An informing device has at least one part 113 whose outer form can be changed, an actuator 101 being a driving source for deforming the part 113 whose outer form can be deformed, a sound signal input device and an actuator control part controlling the actuator 101. The informing device provided with at least one part 113 whose outer form can be deformed, the actuator 101 being the driving source for deforming the part 113 whose outer form can be deformed and the actuator control part controlling the actuator 113 based on an outer signal or an inner signal is provided with the sound signal input device.
