PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually manage the implementation states of respective manipulations included in a doctor's order. SOLUTION: The injection order processor of the hospital information system selects a medicine to be injected to a patient from a medicine master file 21, registers an order comprising a manipulation composed of the selected medicine and its amount, and the implementation date and frequency of the manipulation as one section in an order file 22, stores the implementation states 31 of respective sections registered in the order file, changes the implementation states of the stored sections based on external instruction, and displays out the implementation states of the changed sections. In this case, the implementation state every manipulation consituting each section on the each implementation day are changed and the implementation states of the respective manipulations on the implementation days of the respective changed sections are individually displayed and outputted on a medical treatment history screen 34. |
