PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically conduct a noise test fast. SOLUTION: A noise generator 10 comprises an initial setter 11 which sets data for decision making and an increase in noise signal level, a setter 12 which increases and sets the noise signal level in response to the indication of the setter 11, and a signal generator 13 which generates a noise signal with the command of the setter 12 and a decision data signal with the command of the initial setter 11, combines a signal selected out of those two signals with a discrimination signal for discriminating the selected signal so as to generate a test signal and sends the test signal to a noise receiver 20. The noise receiver 20, on the other hand, comprises a discriminator 21 which discriminates whether the contents of the received signal are the decision data or noise signal, a decision signal output unit 22 which stores the decision data, an acceptance/rejection decision unit 23 which compares decision signal outputs A, B, and C with detection signals (a), (b), and (c) at the time of the noise test by the noise signal outputted from the discriminator 21 to a tested device 30, and a decision signal transmitter which outputs the decision result by a noise transmitter 24. |
