PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive a weight-reduction and speed-up of a part-mounting device. SOLUTION: In a part-mounting device, a transfer means for transferring a substrate 106 onto an X-Y table 22 while the substrate is guided by a rail 21 is composed of a shaft holder 112, a transfer shaft 113 that is provided so that it can freely appear or disappear from the shaft holder 112 to the side of the X-Y table 22, a transfer pin 114 that is provided at the end part of the side of the X-Y table 22 of the transfer shaft 113 toward the substrate 106, a spring 116 where the transfer pin 114 is urged at the side of the substrate 106, and a level 117 that is provided at the end part of the side of the X-Y table 22 of the shaft holder 112 so that the transfer pin 114 can be moved to a side opposite to the substrate 106 against the spring 116. |
