<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return a forgotten ticket without any help by collecting and temporarily holding a ticket which is left behind at an output port in a prescribed time or more as a forgotten ticket, and returning the ticket to the output port based on an instruction from the outside port. SOLUTION: Automatic ticket examiners 3a,..., 11a are controlled by a control part 8, and when a ticket discharged from a discharge port is not taken out even after the lapse of a prescribed time, the ticket is collected in the device as a forgotten ticket, and the forgotten ticket information as the getting-on information of the ticket collected as the forgotten ticket is stored in a memory 9. When application from a passenger to the return of the collected forgotten ticket is communicated from an interphone 6 at a unmanned state 1a through an interphones 14 at a manned station 2 to a staff, the staff instructs the collection of the forgotten ticket. A control part 13a transmits the instruction of the return of the forgotten ticket from the temporary storing part through a line 21 and a monitoring device 5 at the unmanned station 1a to a control part 8 of an automatic ticket examiner 3b. Thus, the ticket is discharged from the discharge port.</p> |
