PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear power plant for leveling a load by effectively using surplus energy of this nuclear power generation system, effectively using energy and obtaining ecomomical predominance by providing a nuclear power generation system. SOLUTION: Systems such as a nuclear power generation system 1, an absorbing type refrigerating system 2, a liquid oxygen/nitrogen manufacturing system 3, a visible laser using isotope separating system 9 and a fine algae cultivating system 7 are organically joined to generate cold heat and liquid nitrogen by using surplus electric power and exhaust heat of the nuclear power generation system 1, visible lasers are oscillated, these are mutually used between the respective systems, surplus energy is effectively used, a load is leveled, energy is effectively used, and economical predominance is maintained.
