PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an antenna pattern having expected pattern width by removing a conductive film by a desired width. SOLUTION: A user divides the outer surface of a cylinder, with which the conductive film is formed on the outer surface, into (n) pieces of surface areas (S1). The surface area is a range to be irradiated with laser beams almost vertically. Based on the inputted three-dimensional(3D) antenna pattern data, an input controller prepares 2D antenna pattern data for each surface area (S3). Afterwards, a laser beam is scanned to one surface area (S5 and S6). When the beam scan is finished (YES in S7), the cylinder is turned, the next surface area is defined as a scanning object (S8) and beam scan similar to the said scan is executed. At the time of beam scan to each surface area, the outer surface of the cylinder is almost vertically irradiated with laser beams. Therefore, the conductive film can be removed for the expected set width. |
