PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card, controller and application selecting method for IC card capable of satisfying conditions that an application to be used is not known around, an application selection error is prevented and processing time is short. SOLUTION: The amount and conditions for application selection are applied to each application and stored in an application selection table 22 inside an IC card 100. Thus, the amounts within the fixed range correspond to specified applications. When amount information is received from the outside, the IC card 100 automatically selects the application corresponding to the relevant amount through an application selecting part 23. |
