PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance pass controllability, to improve the operating ratio of the device and also to improve secondary utility such as advertisement using graphic display or the like. SOLUTION: This automatic checking and collecting device performs communication with a radio card in a non-contact state, decides the propriety that a user can pass through a prescribed passage based on the recorded information, has a radio antenna R/W part 10 which communicates with the radio card in a non-contact state and reads the recorded information, a main controlling part 7 that decides whether a recording medium is right or wrong based on the recorded information and decides the propriety that the user can pass through the prescribed passage and a passage outer sensor 9 which detects a user in a prescribed range outside the prescribed passage, and allows to perform communication again only for prescribed time when the sensor 9 detects the user in the prescribed range outside the passage when the communication is interrupted without being completed. |
