PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entering/leaving management support system capable of keeping security and further improving convenience for both insider and outsider. SOLUTION: An entering/leaving managing host 10 for controlling the opening/closing of an entering/leaving gate at the timing of certifying the recorded information on an IC card carried by the outsider with him and a card issue terminal 40 for issuing the IC card 50 are connected by a public network L. The entering/leaving managing host 10 generates an entering/leaving permission ID according to authority during a period determined by itself, holds it for certification and sends this entering/leaving permission ID to the card issue terminal 40. The card issue terminal 40 records the entering/leaving permission ID on the IC card 50. |
