PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce the effect from a digital signal, with respect to an analog signal such as a color interleave analog signal. SOLUTION: An analog signal 7a from a tip 1J of each memory chip 1 is arranged on a substrate, while being separated from a digital signal 7B with a separation band 6 consisting of a wide conductor pattern and is concentrically housed at a position separated from the digital signal 7B in a connector 3. Furthermore, terminals for analog signals of each memory chip 1 are placed concentrically to a terminal array of tips 1J, and the tips 1J of each memory chip 1 are arranged side by side in a direction close to each other on the substrate. |
