PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of positioning a center conductor assembly to a resin case by providing a recess place for a center conductor, which is in the shape of a circle along the outline of a ferrite and is arranged along the side surface of the ferrite in a resin case. SOLUTION: The resin case 7 is provided with a circular recess part 13a for the center conductor assembly in its center and provided with recess parts 13b to 13d for capacitive element around it. Ground electrodes 14b to 14d formed at the bottom parts of these parts 13b to 13d for the capacitive elements are formed of an integral conductor board, and exposed on its bottom surface side and constitute the external terminals 15a, 15b, 15d and 15e of a side surface part. In addition, terminal electrode parts 16b and 16c to which the center conductor is connected are formed and connected to external terminals 15c,.... In addition, the circular recess part 13a for the center conductor assembly is formed in an penetrating state and a recess place 13e is formed corresponding to the projection of the center conductor arranged on the side surface of the ferrite.
