PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold minute balls efficiently without variation by a jig on which the minute balls are mounted while the increase of the burden of an operator and the decline of operation efficiency are avoided. SOLUTION: A minute ball mounting device has a ball vacuum-chucking device 10 which has a chucking jig 2 in which a plurality of suction holes are formed and which allows the holes to suck minute balls by an suction device B21, a ball supply device 14 which delivers the minute balls to the jig 2, a ball feeding device 25 which feeds a required number of minute balls to the ball supply device 14 and a control unit which controls respective drives of the device 10, the ball supply device 14 and the ball feeding device 25. The required number of minute balls are fed to the ball supply device 14 from the ball feeding device 25 by the control unit during a mounting process in which the minute balls chucked by the ball-chucking device 10 are transferred to a work W and mounted on the work W.
