PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system to cope with an incoming call to a mobile radio terminal without making visit to a place at which the mobile radio terminal is placed, when the mobile radio terminal left behind on a desk top or the like rings or a vibrator thereof is vibrated. SOLUTION: A private telephone system has at least a plurality of trunk line interfaces I/F1-I/Fb connectable to a PBX 1, a plurality of radio repeaters CS1-CSd, a plurality of mobile radio terminals PS1-PSc connected to the radio repeaters CS1-CSd via a radio block, and a controller 2 that controls the overall system, and the devices except the mobile radio terminals PS1-PSc are interconnected by a LAN. The controller 2 groups the mobile radio terminals PS1-PSc and permits acceptance of an incoming call to the mobile radio terminal PS3, by dialing a special number from, e.g. the mobile radio terminal PS3 of the same group as, e.g. the mobile radio terminal PS1 when the incoming call arrives in the mobile radio terminal PS1.
