PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the switch lightweight and thin and to obtain excellent light transmissivity by placing a partially fabricated product after injecting resin into a 2nd mold, and combining a metallic elastic piece after an ultraviolet- ray irradiating process. SOLUTION: Resin 2 is injected into a 1st mold 1, which is evacuated to produce a vacuum. A PET thin film 3 is placed on the 1st mold 1 and the resin after being irradiated with ultraviolet rays is taken out of the mold. One light-shield layer 4 is printed on the PET thin film 3 and a light-transmissive layer 5 is printed thereupon to obtain a partially fabricated product. The resin 7 is injected into the 2nd mold 6, which is evacuated to produce a vacuum; and the partially fabricated product is placed on the 2nd mold 6 with the light- transmissive layer 5 up, the resin after being irradiated with ultraviolet rays is taken out of the mold, and the metallic elastic piece 8 is combined to complete the PU key switch. Thus, the printed light-transmissive layer ink and light-shield layer ink are sandwiched by using the PU of the two upper and lower layers and the upper part and base of the PU key switch are united by thermal machining, so a pin and the PET thin film are coupled together with large adhesive strength.
