PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow electric wave absorption for wide frequency band and the electric wave at different incident angle, by providing a ferrite rod of specific relationship between width and thickness continuously in magnetic field direction, with a gap factor of in-coming ratio wave in electric field direction specified, while fixing it to a groove of a metal case. SOLUTION: Related to a radio wave absorbing panel structure with jacket material, air layer, radio wave absorber, reflector provided in this order, a ferrite rod 3 with width (A) 28 mm or less, thickness (B) 22 mm or less while A>B is used, and the ferrite rods 3 are continuously provided in magnetic field direction with gap factor of in-coming radio wave in electric field direction 50-81%, and the ferrite rods 3 are fixed at groove parts at the bottom part of a box-type metal case 1 of a reflector for integration. Thus, a radio wave absorbing panel of good radio wave absorbing characteristics for the radio wave of wide frequency band and different incident angle is provided.
