PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase heat-dissipating capacity and thermally generated power, by forming a film of high emissivity on each of an inner or outer surface of a glass plate, a heat emitting drum made of metal, a heat insulating drum, and a rear cover. SOLUTION: As a glass plate 6, sapphire glass of high heat conductivity is used to make it easy to transmit the heat from a heat emitting drum 5, and a heat emitting film 13 made of a transparent resin of high emissivity is provided on its outer surface. For the heat-dissipating drum 5, a metal is used to enhance heat conductivity of its interior, and a heat dissipating film 14 comprising an oxide film, a resin coating film, etc., is provided thereon. A heat dissipating film 15 formed of an oxide film, a transparent resin film, a resin coating film, etc., is provided on an outer surface of a rear cover 1 to enhance the rate of heat dissipation. If the contact area of an arm with the rear cover 1 is reduced or a large part of the rear cover 1 is floated from the arm, the amount of radiant heat absorbed is increased by this heat- dissipating film 15, and a decrease in the amount of electricity generated of a thermoelement 7 can be reduced. |
