PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out a test for specifying defective elements and to improve the convenience of the device by discriminating the normal/defective condition of a signal, which is detected by a means of detecting the amplifying signal of an amplifier, and outputting the result of this normal/defective condition. SOLUTION: A signal detecting means 15 detects the amplified signal outputted by an amplifier 12 through a transfer line 14, while a means 16 discriminates the normal/defective condition of the amplified signal detected by the means 15. For example, it carries out the discrimination of the presence/ absence of signal detection and the superposition of a noise on the signal. Then, if it is discriminated as 'the signal is normal', the means 16 outputs a signal so indicating. In addition, if it is discriminated as 'the signal is defective', the means 16 outputs a signal so indicating. Moreover, if no amplified signal is detected, this processing is repeated. By thus constituting the device, a test for specifying defective elements can be easily performed.
