<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan abnormality control method realizing high maintainability and realizing a stable system operation at the time of detecting the abnormality of a cooling fan when this system is constituted of a main MPU forcedly cooled by a cooling fan and a sub-MPU and to provide a recording medium. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a main MPU 11 forcedly cooled by a main MPU cooling fan 12 and a sub-MPU 21, and the sub-MPU 21 can detect the abnormality of the main MPU cooling fan 12 and control the temporary stop and restart of the main MPU 11 in this method for controlling the abnormality of the fan. When the abnormality of the main MPU cooling fan 12 is detected, the main MPU 11 is informed of the abnormality of the main MPU cooling fan 12, and the main MPU 11 is stopped after the lapse of a prescribed time, and the main MPU 11 is operated again after the lapse of the cooling time of the main MPU 11, and the temporary stop and operation of the main MPU 11 is repeated, and even when the main MPU cooling fan 12 is turned into a stopped state, error notice and/or an intermittent system close processing are/is executed.</p> |
