PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable thin film solar battery module integrated with a substrate in which a thin film solar battery is directly formed on a glass by making thick a transparent panel such as a glass plate, or ensuring strength without using any reinforcing glass even when this solar battery module is largely scaled. SOLUTION: This solar battery module 1 is provided with a solar battery panel in which a thin film solar battery element 11 directly formed on a glass, filling material 12, and back plate are successively laminated. This back plate is formed by adhering an almost plane back plate 13a to a rough surface back plate material 13b with adhesive by using a vacuum laminate method, and this is provided with a contact part 21 and a non-contact part 22 separated from almost the plane back plate 13a in this solar battery module constitution. Also, a frame can be omitted by protecting the element edge part by bending up the surrounding of the rough surface back plate member 13b. |
