PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetostriction detection type power sensor for making it unnecessary to provide any housing and holding case of a magnetostriction element, and for simplifying handling in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A flat magnetostriction element 14 is adhered and fixed to a magnetic body substrate 12 with adhesive, and a magnetostriction detecting coil 16 spirally formed of print wiring or the like is arranged on the surface of the substrate 12 so that the magnetostriction element 14 can be surrounded. Moreover, both edge leads 18 and 18 of the magnetostriction detecting coil 16 are connected with terminals 20 and 20 provided at the substrate 12. Thus, it is not necessary to provide the holding case of the magnetostriction element 14, and it is possible to simplify the processing of the leads 18 of the magnetostriction detecting coil 16. Thus, this sensor can be made thin and convenient. |
