PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a startup circuit which reduces a surge current, when a motor is started and which can respond to market demands with respect to electromagnetic interference, abnormal sounds or the like. SOLUTION: In this startup circuit (an inductive circuit) which outputs a feedback signal and reduces a surge current when a DC motor 11 is started, a comparison circuit 13, which is connected electrically to the DC motor 11 so as to input the feedback signal and which outputs a control signal according to the comparison result of the feedback signal with a setting signal, is provided. In addition, a current control circuit 12 which is connected electrically to the comparison circuit 13 and the DC motor 11, in which the DC motor 11 is controlled by the control signal, which starts the DC motor 11 stepwise and which reduces a surge current is provided.
