PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the amount of magnetic flux from increasing and distribution of magnetomotive force from being distorted, by forming a flat surface on the end part of a balance weight and the divided part of a plurality of magnet materials in a predetermined relative position, and performing magnetization where the divided part of the magnet matches the area between the poles of the magnetization magnetic field with the flat surface as a reference. SOLUTION: A rotor core 1a is made of a laminated body of a circular thin iron plate that is formed by punching a silicon steel plate, an axial hole 4 is provided at the center, and a plurality of tile-shaped magnets 9a such as ferrite are buried inside at an equal distribution. Also, an end plate 2a is fixed to the stator core 1a and balance weights 5a and 5b are fixed onto the end plate 2. Then, a flat surface 7 where both end parts are in a straight line is provided at the end part in the direction of the circumference of the balance weight 5a, and further the relative position of the flat surface 7 with the divided part of the magnet 9a is formed in a predetermined relationship, thus aligning the flat surface 7 in parallel with the part between the poles of a magnetization magnetic field 19 of a stator 14 by a positioning tool and allowing each magnet 9a to coincide with the pole of the magnetization magnetic field 19.
