PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a highly reliable stabilized torque by bonding a motor shaft and a core highly accurately, stably and rigidly. SOLUTION: Under a state where a core 14 is fitted over a motor shaft 12, the core 14 is supported by a jig or a supporting base 16 at a specified position while standing the motor shaft 12 vertically. On the upper end face of the core 14, the vicinity of the gap between the central hole of a core piece 10 at the upper end and the motor shaft 12 is irradiated with laser light LB in order to laser weld the core piece 10 at the upper end and the motor shaft 12. A plurality of welding points are irradiated simultaneously with a plurality of laser beams LB of substantially the same laser output emitted from a plurality of irradiation units 28(1), 28(2),... and welded simultaneously.
