PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device for wall-mounted devices, in which die cost and material cost are saved as mush as possible, both the wall-mount devices can easily be positioned and which is intended to install both the wall- mount devices on a prescribed wall side by side. SOLUTION: Two wall-mount devices 11, 12 are positioned and mounted on a prescribed wall 13 side by side by using the positioning device. The positioning device consists of a positioning plate 16 that is mounted on the prescribed wall 13 and whose entire shape is nearly 'I'-shaped and of a couple of wall-mount metal fixtures 14, 15 that are positioned and installed on the prescribed wall 13, by being inserted respectively to a couple of grooves 16a, 16b formed facing opposite to the positioning plate 16, and both the wall-mount devices 11, 12 are mounted on the prescribed wall 13 side by side, by respectively fitting both the wall-mount devices 11, 12 to both the wall-mount metallic fixture 14, 15.
