<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily decide the existence of subtraction processing of a card when the same card is stagnant for equally to or more than prescribed time within the communication range of a gate and to decide a card that should be subjected to subtraction processing when plural valid cards simultaneously come into the gate. SOLUTION: When a non-contact card 1a comes close to a gate body 2, a controlling part 6 reads card data through an antenna 3 and stores the serial number of the card in a storing means 4 after subtracting a point number. When a user carrying the card stops in a gate path due to path congestion, etc., the card data is reread after prescribed time. The serial number of the reread card is collated with the serial number that is previously stored in the means 4 here, when they coincide with each other, the card is prevented from undergoing point number subtraction processing. Thus, a card that should be subjected to subtraction processing is decided and the same card is prevented from undergoing subtraction of the point number two times.</p> |
