A charge voltage control signal CTLc for controlling charge voltage VOC is formed in accordance with the error signal. A discharge voltage control signal CTLd for controlling discharge voltage VOD is formed. The voltage is fed back to a power source circuit 130. The power source circuit 130 regulates the level of the charge voltage VOC and the discharge voltage VOD and supplies the same to a scanning signal drive circuit 100.
