PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly control heat or temperature by combining the control of a main element corresponding to a target position and auxiliary elements arranged in the periphery of the main element. SOLUTION: This heat information outputting device for outputting heat or temperature itself as information or information obtained by converting information in the other configuration into heat is provided with a heat information outputting part 2 constituted by arraying plural elements for controlling heat, a designating means for designing a control target position and set temperature at the control target position in the heat information outputting part 2, and a control means for controlling a heat control element 1 of the heat information outputting part 2 at the time of receiving a signal from the designating means. Then, each element 1 is constituted of a main element 1a and auxiliary elements 1b arranged in the surrounding of the main element 1a or in adjacency to the main element 1a, and at the time of receiving the signal from the designating means, the control means selects the element 1 for controlling heat corresponding to the control target position, and controls the heating or heat absorption of the main element 1a and the auxiliary elements 1b constituting the element 1.
