PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the accounting process by a customer even if an order management device is down. SOLUTION: A backup device 6 for the order management device 5 is set and a backup file 91 of an order file 9 is set. The order management device 5 transfers an order record to the backup device 6 each time the record is generated. A repeating device 2 transmits commodity order data received from an order input terminal 1 to the backup device 6 if the order management device 5 is down. The backup device 6 registers the order file record transferred from the order management device 5 in the backup file 91. When the commodity order data are received from the repeating device 2, the order file record is registered in the backup file 91 through operation as well as the order management device 5. An accounting device 6 performs an accounting process on the basis of the order record of the backup file 91 when the order management device 5 is down. |
