PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the soil of a developing cartridge caused by splashed toner. SOLUTION: At a developing time, a conductive partition member 49 is positioned at the downstream side of a developing area formed by a photosensitive drum 1 and a developing roller 12 and in a space formed by the drum 1 and the roller 12. Since voltage is applied to the partition member 49 at this time, the toner splashed at the time of developing is attracted to the partition member 49 or electrically pressed to the roller 12 and the drum 1. Thus, the splashed toner is prevented from suspending in the inside of an image forming device. Besides, since a shutter member 64 is moved to a position where the partition member 49 is covered when the developing cartridge is exchanged, the splashed toner attached to the partition member 49 is housed in the inside of the developing cartridge. |
