PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive stencil master plate having excellent durability in spite of the thin plate so as to form a printing plate on which a sharp image is obtd. in a short exposure time, by mixing a reinforcing filler to a photosensitive material and then molding. SOLUTION: This photosensitive stencil master plate 1 consists of a structure where an attaching member 2, a photosensitive synthetic resin film 3 and a cover film 4 are laminated. The attaching member 2 is an NBR mode planer body having 80 Shore-A hardness. The photosensitive synthetic resin film 3 is obtained by mixing and agitating 95 wt.% of a photosensitive material essentially composed of unsatd. polyester and a solvent and 5 wt.% of a filler 5 to obtain a liquid mixture where the filler 5 is uniformly dispersed in the photosensitive material, there after, applying the mixture to about 300μm film thickness on the attaching member 2 and drying it to volatilize the solvent included in the photosensitive material. The linear reinforcing filler 5 is preferably controlled to have >=60% elongation elasticity modulus when it is elongated by 3% and for example, acicular asbestos power is used. |
